Aerotrim Pro San Silicone Sanitaire is a high-quality, elastic, single-component silicone-based mastic.
Features:
- Highly malleable
- UV-resistant
- Permanently elastic after curing
- Strong adhesion to virtually all substrates.
- Typical vinegar odor
- Color: White
Applications:
- Construction joints.
- Glazing and connecting joints.
- Elastic bonding in structures involving glass and metal.
- Seals in cold rooms and container construction.
- Seals in ventilation systems
Supports:
- Types: all usual construction surfaces, No PVC
- Condition: dimensionally stable, clean, dry, dust- and grease-free.
- Pretreatment: apply primer to porous substrates under high water pressure.
- There is no adhesion to PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and bituminous surfaces. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on any substrate.
Joint dimensions:
- Minimum width for grouting: 5 mm
- Maximum width for grouting: 30 mm
- Minimum depth for grouting: 5 mm
- Recommendation for grouting: joint width = 2x joint depth.
Storage life:
- 12 months in closed packaging in a cool, dry place, at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C
