Aerotrim Pro San Silicone Sanitaire is a high-quality, elastic, single-component silicone-based sealant.
Features :
- Very malleable
- UV-resistant
- Permanent elasticity after polymerization
- Strong adhesion to virtually all substrates.

Applications :
- Construction joints.
- Glazing and connecting joints.
- Elastic bonding in structures involving glass and metal.
- Waterproofing in cold stores and container construction.
- Seals in ventilation systems
Supports:
- Types: all common building surfaces, No PVC
- Condition: undamaged, clean, dry, dust- and grease-free.
- Pre-treatment: Apply primer to porous substrates under high water pressure.
- There is no adhesion on PE, PP, PTFE (Teflon®) and bituminous surfaces. It is advisable to carry out a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on all substrates.
Joint dimensions :
- Minimum joint width: 5 mm
- Maximum joint width: 30 mm
- Minimum grouting depth: 5 mm
- Jointing recommendation: joint width = 2x joint depth.
Shelf life :
- 12 months in unopened packaging in a cool, dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +25°C
