FLAMCON FLEXCON - 28360
General :
This kit includes a Flexbrane safety group and instructions (optional fitting only).
Application:
- 20x27
- Can be mounted on any water heater (For maximum capacity, see the KW marking on the button)
- Flexbrane is used to prevent excessive pressure in the water heater
- Flexbrane is recommended in situations where de-zincing or de-leading may occur
Security:
- Install the Flexbrane in a frost-free area and in a place that is easily accessible for maintenance
- Do not insulate the Flexbrane
Installation :
- Maximum system pressure: 5.25 bar
- Minimum system pressure: 0.2 bar
- The Flexbrane must be mounted directly on the cold water supply line of the water heater, possibly via a dielectric insulation fitting, with the device always pointing vertically downwards.
- The water supply line must be connected to the supply connection according to the arrow
- The drain line:
1/2 " : minimum diameter 20 mm3/4": minimum diameter 25 mm1": minimum diameter 25 mm
-> can be connected directly to the Flexbrane:
- Thanks to the integrated cut-off device
- Or on the siphon directly connected to the safety group
- Apply sealing tape to the Flexbrane and to the reduction fitting
First use:
- Open the Flexbrane isolation valve
- Bleed air and water by lifting the relief valve until no more air is released
- Close the discharge valve
