Features :

High-gloss paint based on aluminum particles and binders, resistant to very high temperatures :

• Heating systems: pipes, flue boxes, boiler parts, metal flues, etc.
• Industry: piping for high-temperature fluids or steam, industrial boiler rooms.
• Automotive/Nautical: exhaust pipes and mufflers.

Application :

Preparation:

• Remove all traces of rust from the surface to be painted, using a wire brush or abrasive.
• Degrease and remove dust if necessary.

Instructions for use:

• Shake aerosol until steel ball lifts off, then continue for 1 minute. Spray regularly, holding the can 30 cm from the surface to be painted and criss-crossing the coats.
• ALUXIL will be dust-free in about 15 minutes.
• Allow to dry for 1 hour before subjecting the painted surface to high temperatures.
• Purge aerosol upside down after use to prevent nozzle clogging.

Consumption :

• Approx. 3 to 4 m² in 2 coats. per 650 ml

Cleaning equipment :

• White spirit for fresh burrs

Storage :

• Store at temperatures between -5°C and +40°C.
• At +20°C, the shelf life of the product in its original closed packaging is 3 years.
