The GARDENA 4030 Classic Controller is used for automatic programming of larger irrigation systems, usually pop-up irrigation systems. It is ideal when there is not enough water to run the entire system, which normally consists of several irrigation systems, simultaneously. In addition, when each planting area has different water requirements, the system programs the watering intervals for each line to optimize watering as needed. The programmer is designed to be connected to up to 4 solenoid valves 24 V (Ref. 1278-20). (Art. No. 1278-20). For flexible watering programming, up to 3 programs can be stored per valve. The watering days and cycles can be selected according to your needs, the watering duration can be set between 1 min. and 3 h 59 min. and can be centrally set between 0 and 200 %. If watering is to start immediately, it can also be activated manually. A large, clear display with instructions makes programming easy and intuitive. The GARDENA Water Timer 4030 Classic should only be used indoors, e.g. in the garage and in areas protected from the rain. It is connected to 230 V. Operates with 1x 9 V alkaline battery. If desired, you can connect a GARDENA rain gauge or humidity sensor to save water.
