Features :

Implementation:
Preparation:
- Use appropriate gloves and protect surrounding surfaces (once the foam has hardened, it cannot be removed). remove only mechanically).
- The aerosol should be kept at a temperature between +5°C and +35°C.
- Work surfaces must be clean and free of grease. Moisten them to obtain a foam structure homogeneous and faster curing.
Instructions for use :
- Remove the cover and attach the extruder nozzle to the valve.
- Turn the can upside down and shake vigorously about 30 times before use.
- Apply the foam while holding the can upside down.
- Partially fill the cavities, as the foam expands to several times its original volume. The foam, once The injected material must always have at least one side in contact with the ambient air. In the case of deep cavities, proceed by successive injections, spaced out for about 1 to 2 hours, for 5 cm at a time and by moistening between two.
Consumption :
- Filling capacity in free expansion: 30 l for the 700 ml
Cleaning of equipment :
- After use, disassemble the extruder nozzle and clean all parts (valve, nozzle and cannula) thoroughly with the cleaning agent for polyurethane foam. Soiled tools and surfaces can also be cleaned with the same product or, failing that, with acetone.
Storage:
- Store at a temperature of +20°C.
- At 20°C, the shelf life of the product in its original closed packaging protected from moisture, stored vertically, is 9 months.
Observations:
- It is the user's responsibility to verify the conformity of his application with the conditions described in the report fire resistance classification.
