Watts check valve. Non-return valve DN15, 1 piece, reference 2224146.
IO check valves comply with NF anti-pollution regulations.
In compliance with standard NF EN 1717, these EB-type valves, integrated into a device, guarantee protection of drinking water against the risk of pollution by Category 2 fluids.
- Minimum pressure drop.
- Silent operation thanks to slotted shutter.
- Not a water hammer generator.
- The O-ring mounted on the valve facilitates its incorporation.
- Axial-guided shutter with spring return.
- Excellent sealing at both high and low pressure, ensured by a specially designed lip seal.
- Meets the requirements of various European approvals.
Application: Incorporation of EB-type valves:
- Sanitary fittings.
- Thermostatic mixing valve.
- Water meter.
- Multi-zone heating system.
- Booster pump.
- Injection of chemical fluids into exhaust ducts.
- EA, BA, CA type protection assembly.
- etc...

How it works :
Vibrations may occur at low flow rates. These vibrations are generated by a lateral movement of the obturator. Until now, it has not been possible to avoid this effect without affecting the hydraulic characteristics of the fluid. Thanks to a unique guiding system with an interlocking obturator, any possibility of obturator movement is eliminated, optimally maintaining hydraulic characteristics and eliminating vibrations. By providing this movement-free guide, scale deposits and vibrations are avoided, guaranteeing faultless, silent operation for years to come.
