Functionality:

One-component, fast-setting mastic adhesive :

• Gluing of mirrors: make a preliminary test for old mirrors.
• Decorative elements in thick cardboard, expanded polystyrene and polyurethane (beams, cornices and rosettes), panelling, skirting boards, battens, mouldings, profiles, door sills, window sills, insulating panels, false ceiling tiles, credenza.
• Adheres to all common substrates: concrete, cement, cinder block, plaster, brick, plasterboard, wood, chipboard and plywood, laminate, metals, glass, tiles, earthenware, stainless steel, plastic.
• Allows the bonding of uneven surfaces

Implementation:

Preparation:

• The surfaces must be clean (sand the paint, remove old wallpaper, saltpeter, ...), dry and degreased

Instructions for use :

• Cut off the nozzle, screw on the nozzle and cut it off.
• Two gluing techniques are possible: simple gluing allowing a possible repositioning (light elements) and gluing after posting allowing immediate setting (heavy and light elements).
• Apply the product in a linear or zigzag pattern on the element to be bonded.

Single gluing (light elements) :

• Place the object to be fixed in place, pressing strongly to crush the glue.
• The grip is immediate, but the position can still be adjusted for about 4 minutes.
• Final set after about 48 hours

Gluing after display (heavy and light elements) :

• Put the object to be glued in place, remove it (transfer of the glue to the support).
• Wait 5 to 10 minutes (evaporation of solvents).
• Replace the parts in contact by pressing strongly, the grip is immediate (prop up if necessary)
• Final set after about 48 hours.

Consumption :

• A 310 ml cartridge with a 5 mm outlet allows to draw approximately a 15 m cord linear

Cleaning of equipment :

• The excess of fresh, uncured filler can be removed with a solvent. We recommend acetone or, failing that, acetone, white spirit, ethyl alcohol or gasoline F

Storage:

• Store at a temperature between +15°C and +30°C.
• At 20°C, the shelf life of the product in its original closed packaging is 24 months
