Features :
- Perpendicular lip seals for sealing between sliding shower doors made of glass or acrylic 5 to 8 mm thick
Implementation:
Preparation:
- If necessary, remove the old seal, remove traces of glue or silicone, clean the various residues
- Measure the size of your door, locate the inside of the shower
- Transfer this to the joint, cut the rigid part with a cutter or a fine saw, and the flexible part with the chisel or cutter
Instructions for use :
- 6 to 8mm doors: Clip or slide the seal along the door to the desired location by respecting the direction of the lip in relation to the inside of the shower
- Repeat the operation on the second door
- 5mm doors: First apply Silicone for all translucent substrates or Joint & Fix Cristal then clip or slide the gasket along the door to the desired location, respecting the direction of the lip to the inside of the shower
- Repeat the operation on the second door
Tip:
- In cold weather, in order to facilitate the installation, we recommend to place it at room temperature for at least 1 hour before installation
- When working on dismantled doors, it is imperative to note the direction of overlap before mounting the doors. seals and before putting the doors back in place
Storage:
- Store at a temperature between -5°C and +40°C.
- At 20°C, the shelf life of the product is 10 years.
