Description:

Sikagard 221 Protection Façade is a water-repellent waterproofing designed to protect facades against water infiltration. Its formula based on silicone derivatives in aqueous phase offers invisible protection while allowing the support to breathe.

Use:

• Suitable for most exterior coatings such as mortar, cement-based plaster, fiber cement or stone, even when slightly damp.

Instructions for use:

1. Make sure surface is clean and dust-free.
2. Apply the product using a sprayer, roller or brush, following the manufacturer's recommendations.
3. Make sure the entire surface is evenly covered.
4. Allow to dry completely before exposing the surface to the elements.

Consumption: 5 to 6m²/L

Note: Once dry, the product forms an invisible coating that protects against water infiltration while allowing the substrate to breathe. A 5L can treats approximately 25 to 30m², depending on the substrate.
