The FIS H K plastic injection screen is the system component for using fischer resins in hollow masonry. The screen is inserted into the borehole and filled with resin from the bottom. When the threaded rod or threaded sleeve is inserted, the resin is compressed through the mesh structure of the sieve and creates a form lock in the hollow brick. The load is thus transferred into the building material. The injection sieve can also be used to penetrate non-bearing layers.
Benefits
The grid structure of the FIS H K screen is suitable for FIS V, FIS HT II, FIS GREEN or FIS Plus resins and ensures economical resin consumption with optimal shape lock.
The guide wings centre the anchor perfectly in the sieve and allow the use of threaded rods of different diameters.
The barbs hold the screen firmly in the hole, allowing for trouble-free ceiling mounting.
The geometry of the sieve allows it to pass through non-bearing layers for convenient and simple installation.

Operation / Assembly
Depending on the application, FIS V Plus, FIS VW Plus HIGH SPEED, FIS VS LOW SPEED, FIS HT II, FIS Green or FIS PLUS resins can be used.
The system consisting of the injection screen and the threaded rod FIS A or FIP G, or the threaded sleeve FIP M, is suitable for standby installation.
The injection screen is inserted into the hole and filled with resin from the bottom.
When the anchor is inserted, the resin is compressed through the mesh structure of the injection screen and adapts optimally to the substrate. The load is taken up by form-locking.
