PVC fitting to be glued allowing to make very simply the connection of a pipe on an existing pipe.
Saddle body with the same diameter as your main pipe for a better grip.
90° socket outlet (female)
The PVC Branch Saddle is a building connection allowing to easily connect a evacuation tube to a main line without the need to cut, dismantle or completely modify it.
It is carried out with the help of a PVC pipe for the building industry (NF) The pipe is cut to size and cut as much as necessary along its length. This tube is of the same diameter as the pipe on which it will be clipped. The elasticity of the PVC will allow, during the installation, to spread out and then to find its initial shape by recovering the gaps to perfectly fit the support surface.
We voluntarily make the body longer than the real final need, which guarantees you an additional surface for positioning, holding and gluing. You can nevertheless perfectly cut it back if necessary.
On some stoolIt is sometimes possible that the diameter of the body appears visually smaller than the final diameter, but in reality this is not the case: in fact, PVC is elastic and contracts naturally during the cutting or shaping process. Once clipped and in place, the PVC will perfectly take back its initial diameter and will fit your pipe.
It is also made with the help of a PVC pipe for the building industry (NF) that we thermoform to create a female socket, which allows you to connect your spigot tube or a male fitting (manhole cover, tee, etc...) with ease.
Once positioned, the spigot is permanently welded to the body using a specially developed professional PVC glue that also guarantees watertightness.
When you try to position the saddle before drilling, it may, in some cases, seem as if it does not completely fit the main pipe. This is quite normal: in fact, the saddle is sometimes positioned slightly inside the body of the pipe. saddleThis will allow gravity flow to take place. Once you have drilled your hole (preferably a little larger than the diameter of the spigot), it will penetrate the main pipe and your saddle will be perfectly in place.
Position the saddle at the intended location and trace the location of the hole to be made through the inside of the spigot. You can also trace the edges of the saddle to help you with repositioning afterwards.
Drill the hole (rather larger than the initial diameter, which will facilitate the gravity flow). The dimensions of the saddle body give you a lot of room to maneuver.
Glue the inner part of the body of the saddle with a good PVC GEL glue, then replace the saddle in its final position.
That's all there is to it!
